Richard is a business leader with over 15 years of Managing Director experience and a strong background in Media Measurement and Information Management. In his most recent role, he was responsible for the growth of the company's media businesses in 12 countries across the Asia Pacific region. Earlier in his career he was a pioneer in the introduction of the electronic TV Ratings service as well as developing services in International markets. Richard graduated from the University of New South Wales with a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing) degree in 1982.

Mungo McCall

Business Development Manager

Before joining the company as Business Development Manager in 2006, Mungo spent 5 years working at Media Monitors maintaining a media contacts database and providing account support for a media release service called Mediadisk. Prior to this, Mungo spent six years in the UK, first working as a qualified chef before spending two years in the British Public Service providing technical support.

Aaron Rigby

Director of Insight

Prior to joining the Sydney office in 2010, Aaron was a senior member of the Insight team at Ebiquity's head office in London where he managed clients from the Automobile, Mobile, Technology, Banking & Gaming sectors. Before his stint overseas, Aaron worked as a Planner at Ogilvy Sydney. The building blocks of campaign creation is where Aaron's passion exists; He believes understanding, dissecting and adding value to clients competitive intelligence is undervalued and scrutinised in the Australian market, and through the new Insight service, plans to reinvent that.

Michelle Day

Senior Account Manager, Client Services

Michelle joined the group in 2005 and has more than 15 years experience in the media monitoring and advertising services industries. Prior to her senior account management role at Ebiquity, Michelle held positions in account management, business development and marketing for an international stock imagery agency. In earlier years she also held account management positions in client services for The Television Register and Commercials Direct.
