Michael Greenlees

Group CEO

Michael was one of the original-founding partners of Gold Greenlees Trott which, from its launch in 1980, grew to become one of the great names in British advertising. Under Michael's guidance GGT grew into an international advertising and marketing group providing services in advertising, sales promotion, direct marketing and media buying and planning. GGT plc. was listed on the London Stock Exchange in 1986 at which time Michael became Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, a role he occupied for over 10 years until the sale to Omnicom in 1998 when he joined the Board of Omnicom and served as President & Chief Executive of TBWA Worldwide. In 2001 he was made Executive Vice-President of Omnicom.

Nick Manning

President, International

Before joining the group in 2007, Nick spent 27 years in the media agency world. In 1990 he co-founded Manning Gottlieb Media, which became one of the most highly respected and fastest growing media specialist agencies. It became part of Omnicom in 1997. Nick's most recent position was CEO of OMD's UK operation. He also co-founded OPera, the media negotiation arm for OMD and PHD.

Morag Blazey

CEO, UK

Morag spent more than 20 years in ad agencies as a TV buyer, media planner and account director. She became Managing Director of PHD in 1999 and CEO in 2006. She was a member of the IPA Media Futures Group, Chairman of JICRIT and became a Fellow of the IPA. After leaving the agency world in 2008 she assisted PwC in the development of the communications strategy for the Pensions Reform Bill, and worked with the Olympic Delivery Authority. Morag joined Ebiquity in 2009 to lead the UK Advertising Monitoring team. She went on to manage the integration of Xtreme Information and to lead the Global Advertising Intelligence Practice.

Paul Adams

Chief Operations Officer

A graduate in Computation from the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology Paul joined the Wellcome Foundation in 1989 as a systems analyst and programmer. During 1995 and 1997 he provided systems development services for Mintel International Group Limited in the capacity of Chief Systems Developer building their then ground breaking CD ROM database offering. Working with the Company from inception and becoming IT Director in 1999, Paul developed the Group's technology platforms including all data capture and website systems.

Richard Hemming

Head of Marketing

Richard has over 15 years media, marketing and insight experience. He started in media research at BSkyB before moving to magazines at IPC Media. He was Head of Advertising Marketing at Emap's advertising division in a role spanning, radio, print and digital marketing as well as consumer insight. He joined Ebiquity in 2008.

Federica Aperio

International Practice Leader, Digital

Federica has specialised in digital media for 13 years. She has worked in marketing and media agencies including EHS Brann, i-Level and Agency Republic working up to Account Director level before deciding to see the industry from a different perspective. Federica then focused her attention on the media-owner market. After spending a number of years working for Advertising.com, leading their UK and Europe buying teams she moved to Fox International Channels where she managed the launch and development of their UK digital network business. The last 3 years have been spent developing the Ebiquity international digital services to help clients drive better value from their digital media agencies.

Sandra Macleod

Group CEO Echo Research

Sandra Macleod has more than 25 years' experience in communications and reputation analysis. Author and lecturer across five continents, Sandra has specialised in professional accountability and corporate responsibility. Cited as 'among the 100 most influential people in PR', Sandra is Board Member of the Arthur W Page Society (USA), Fellow of the Institute of Public Relations (UK), Member of the MRS and Companion of the Chartered Institute of Management. She is also on the Finance Committee of the International Business Leaders Forum and on the Appeal Board of I CAN, the charity for children with special needs in communication.

Martin Sambrook

Head of International Media

Martin has 20 years experience as a media auditor and consultant and, before that, trained as a financial auditor with Touche Ross (now Deloitte). Martin joined Billetts from the Media Audits Group, where he was Managing Director of Media Audits UK before taking on a role of Global Account Director.

Mark Gay

Head of International Media

Mark started work in the world of media consultancy 15 years ago with Media Audits (as was) and within 5 years was a member of the senior management team in the UK, responsible for client service fulfilment across the business as well as being the UK Account Director for Unilever. In 2005 he joined FLE where he became responsible for global systems development as well as working with major clients on an international basis - by 2011 he was MD of the FLE International Team. When FLE was merged with Ebiquity in 2013 Mark took on the role as joint head of the International Media Group. An acknowledged expert in global media evaluation systems and reporting.

Zeman Bhunnoo

Head of Effectiveness Europe

Zee holds masters degrees in both Economics and Statistics. Since joining Billetts in 2005, Zee has excelled at developing innovative methodologies to solve complex problems, and advising customers on how to improve their marketing and business performance.
