Ebiquity Russia, CIS and CEE (formerly The Joined Up Media Company) was founded in April 1999 by Glyn Harper as an independent marketing and media consultancy specialising in improving media value in emerging markets. We pioneered media auditing in many of these markets and are now the biggest and most respected presence in the region

In 2010 Ebiquity acquired The Joined Up Media Company (JUMC). The acquisition included JUMC's Russian company, a joint venture with The Decision Group, founded and led by Vladimir Rass, the former CEO of MindShare Russia.

We have worked with over 60 clients in Russia, CIS and CEE over the last 10 years.

A 2010 survey of Russian media agencies established that we have a 48% share of the audited TV media market in Russia.

Globally

We currently work with over 1000 clients in 60 markets worldwide, including 85 of the top 100 global advertisers, all the major advertising agency groups, and a number of other businesses.  These clients are increasingly turning to us to meet their demands for greater accountability and greater understanding in a marketing landscape that is changing rapidly.

Ebiquity employs over 600 people across the world. We have 21 offices in 14 countries and work with carefully selected partners elsewhere to create a truly global network.  Our head office is in London where we are listed on the London Stock Exchange's AIM market.
