Billetts have been working in the charity sector for over 7 years. During this time we have worked across the vast majority of individual giving income streams, developing analytical tools to aid decision making, management, forecasting and planning.

Working closely with charities we have developed tools for the following income streams: Legacy, Payroll Giving and Regular Giving. We've also developed a tool for analysing the supporter journey from recruitment through to legacy.

Legacy

The LIFE (Legacy Income Forecasting & Evaluation) model has been created specifically to meet the challenge associated with legacy income forecasting. This proprietary model has produced forecasts which are 96% accurate. LIFE can be purchased either as an Excel application which feeds directly from the charity’s legacy database to provide on-demand dynamic forecasts and reports to aid administration and planning, or a static forecast in a PowerPoint report.

Supporter Journey

We have developed tools for tracking the supporter journey from first recruitment, to pledge, and ultimately legacy. Based on historical supporter journeys and source lists, we are able to highlight ‘hot lists’ and optimal pathways that culminate in legacy, thus enabling the charity to focus expenditure with more confidence.

Our regular giving analysis tool allows charities to accurately forecast income (97% accuracy). The tool also allows scenario planning to take place, using historical learnings from campaigns we are able to accurately simulate the future impact of various campaigns to help optimise future planning.

Payroll Giving

PRIME (PayRoll Income Management & Evaluation) has been developed to help forecasting & budgeting, supporter tracking and missing payment reporting. This proprietary model has produced forecasts which are 97% accurate. The supporter tracking functionality creates reports of supporters who have missed payments in order to facilitate missed payment recovery. This functionality enabled Barnardo’s to recover c. £80k in missed payments in the first 12 months after the implementation of PRIME.

Billetts are a corporate member of the Institute of Legacy Management, and our LIFE and PRIME products have been evaluated by the Institute of Fundraising’s Innovation Zone.
