A one-day course that improves marketers' understanding of the above-the-line (ATL) media environment and the basics of agency planning and buying. Andrew Wolstencroft – Business Director Andrew has extensive media knowledge gained from over 20 years experience in the industry. He had considerable experience of media planning and buying at senior buyer and broadcast manager level on the agency side, prior to his time as a senior consultant, Team Leader and Director at billetts. In addition to his customer-facing responsibilities as a media consultant, Andrew has had overall responsibility for the Billetts training courses for the past five years. Donna Malone – Business Director Donna also has over 20 years media experience, she started her career at the full service agency Brunning Advertising as a press executive, she then moved to MBS media to work on the TV side and then finally to Zenith Media where she spent ten years managing clients across all disciplines and running the in-house presentation training programme. After joining Billetts in 2002, Donna progressed to the Billetts board through her extensive experience of media consultancy across all media, campaign evaluation and agency relationship management. Donna has been instrumental in running several Billetts training courses.
