| Billetts Media Monitoring is the fastest, most comprehensive ad monitoring service in the UK – giving unrivalled coverage of TV, press, outdoor, radio, cinema, direct marketing, door drops, online advertising including – uniquely – electronic direct mail, shop window activity and paid search advertising. We capture approximately 20,000 advertisements every day and our total database currently contains an astonishing 70 million ads! For expenditure data, we have unrivalled experience in rate card modelling across all the monitored media—we work with 180 advertisers spending over £3 billion. This enables us to predict, with a great degree of accuracy, the cost of each piece of creative captured. TV Spend analysis is updated daily, ten days in arrears, using industry revenue and BARB audience data. National press Spend analysis is delivered simultaneously with creative. Unrivalled regional press coverage Outdoor We retain a team of photographers who produce digital images of the top 1200 outdoor sites in Greater London and the five main TV regions. Additional ambient and transport creative work is sourced direct from the media owners eg London Transport. Spend data (from OAA/IPA) provides 97% coverage and is available by the 20th of each month, for the previous month. Online banner display Creative data is released to the site continuously as it is captured and classified. Expenditure reports are based on comScore’s monthly page impressions data combined with averaged actual banner pricing data from Billetts interactive—based on a monitored universe of 350 key websites. Spend is generally available by the close of the day after the advertising appeared. |
eDM A service currently unique to Billetts Media Monitoring, the latest promotional and advertising emails and e-newsletters are captured for you by our 6,000 strong DM panel. Radio Spend data is sourced through J-ET and RAJAR and is updated weekly. Cinema DM & Doordrops Creative is sourced from the GFK Home Trak Panel of 6,000 householders. This is demographically weighted to be nationally representative. All elements of the mailings/doordrops are scanned including the outer envelope. Spend is estimated based on Royal Mail postage plus estimated production cost. Co-operative advertising We can report co-operative advertising activity by tagged advertising (eg where a brand uses an 'Available at….’ message) full co-op (eg retail or catalogue) and standalone brand advertising. Paid Search Monitoring With our brand-new Paid Search monitoring service, you can see exactly what your competitors are doing on Google, with day-by-day analysis of their pay per click activity. You can monitor how much is being spent and track clickthroughs and results page position, sorted by sector, holding company, advertiser, brand, product, search engine or keyword/search terms. A creative report shows the actual text, links and URLs that feature in the search results. |
