New competitive activity at a glance The ‘activity grid’ at the top of your homepage shows you everything that’s happening in your marketplace, at a glance. Who is advertising, what media they’re using, their creative messages, when they appeared and what’s breaking today — just click on an icon to be taken instantly to an in-depth report of the activity selected and to see the new creative work. Search using key words Want to find all the ads containing a key word(s)? BMM’s unique and immensely powerful ad copy search facility allows you to instantly report all ads containing the words you are interested in (e.g. a travel company might want to see ads containing the destination ‘Barbados’). Choose how the data is displayed For qualitative data you can choose pie charts or bar charts, whichever is most useful to you. You can change the colour of the window and resize it or minimise it at will.

Easy exports
What’s more, you can instantly export data straight into external programs like PowerPoint to share with colleagues and clients. High resolution creative work Creative from every medium can be viewed, exported or pasted in crystal clear definition. For example, you can watch new TV creative as high quality movie files, then read a transcript of the script, or scan the latest local press advertising as at-a-glance ‘thumbnails’. Then view a high resolution pdf when you want to read every word of the body copy. Create your own reports Only you can decide which is the most useful way to sort your data. That’s why a key feature of the BMM interface is the ability to create your own report windows. You may, for example, want to create a single window where press spend and number of insertions are automatically displayed for your top five competitors, week by week. Or perhaps you want an automatically updated Paid Search share of voice chart? A few clicks and your new report window is up and running.
