e-vouching

Quicker, greener and less costly ad vouching

Our ePublisher technology allows publishers to provide their customers with electronic-vouchers as proof that their ads ran as booked, negating the need for sending hard copy publications.

Measurable returns

Removing hard copy vouching saves significantly on fulfillment costs while providing increased transparency for credit control.  Our clients enjoy less payment avoidance and fewer costly disputes.  By removing hard-copy fulfillment, ePublisher also provides significant environmental benefit to our clients.

Easy to use

The ePublisher interface is easy for our publishers' clients to use.  It allows them to search for insertions by agency, client or according to supplied booking references; and supplies all information regarding insertion delivery through a password enabled website.  It allows users to log and export e-vouchers.

The market-leading data processing, management, cleansing and QA systems we have developed for ePublisher mean that Ebiquity is rapidly developing a world class reputation in e-vouching.

Complex data handling

We are well-drilled in complex data capture from over 100 print centres and a variety of press planning systems.  Unlike others, we do not read PDF's but aggregate pre-press XML and PDF feeds to provide a hosted, data source for our users.  We've developed unique systems and data storage capabilities meaning that our clients are confident of data security and users confident of data integrity.  Our unique linkage software allows publishers to create a transparent, service with user control and access built in.

Dedicated client support

ePublisher currently serves over 20 major publishing groups and over 10,000 users vouching ads of all sizes and formats.  Our QA and data management teams develop clients' e-vouching service in response to individual client needs.  Our dedicated client service team is on-hand to address user and client queries and provide back-office support.
