Andrew joined the group in 2007. He previously held Director level positions at Marks & Spencer, Verdict Research and Ninah Consulting. With a pedigree encompassing both client-side and consultancy experience, Andrew brings a results-orientated perspective to the challenge of improving marketing effectiveness.

Morag Blazey

International Practice Leader, Advertising Intelligence

Morag spent more than 20 years in ad agencies as a TV buyer, planner and account director. She became Managing Director of PHD in 1999 and CEO in 2006. After resigning in 2008 she assisted PwC and Fishburn Hedges in the development of a communications strategy for the pensions reform bill, and worked with the Olympic Delivery Authority. A fellow of the IPA, Morag joined Ebiquity in 2009.

Simon Cross

UK Practice Leader, Media

Simon spent 10 years at Zenith Media (now ZenithOptimedia) in the fields of media buying, research and systems, and latterly in International Management. He joined Billetts (now Ebiquity) in 1997.  He was instrumental in building the business into the largest media-auditing practice in the UK, developing tools that are now universally recognised as the gold-standard in measuring the quality and value of media placement.

Federica Aperio

International Practice Leader, Digital

Federica has specialised in digital media for ten years. She has worked in marketing and media agencies including EHS Brann, i-Level and Agency Republic. For a different perspective, Federica then focused her attention on the media-owner market. She spent 2 years working for AOL, leading their UK and Europe buying teams. At Fox International Channels she managed the launch and development of their UK digital network business .Fox

Sandra Macleod

Group CEO Echo Research

Sandra Macleod has more than 25 years' experience in communications and reputation analysis. Author and lecturer across five continents, Sandra has specialised in professional accountability and corporate responsibility. Cited as 'among the 100 most influential people in PR', Sandra is Board Member of the Arthur W Page Society (USA), Fellow of the Institute of Public Relations (UK), Member of the MRS and Companion of the Chartered Institute of Management. She is also on the Finance Committee of the International Business Leaders Forum and on the Appeal Board of I CAN, the charity for children with special needs in communication.

Samantha Holmes

Samantha started her post-graduate career as a Project Manager, delivering media training and education programmes. Moving into media monitoring, she joined Newslive in 2004. Having held the role of Operations Director within a monitoring environment, Samantha has first hand experience of ensuring the smooth delivery and high quality outputs of complex service requirements. She has responsibility for all editorial deliverables and the development of forward thinking monitoring solutions; working in partnership with clients across sectors including retail, finance and government.

Mark Reen

International Practice Leader, Media Technology

Mark spent 20 years in publishing roles within regional press, national press and consumer magazines, most recently as Group Publisher at IPC SouthBank, with responsibility across all revenue streams for titles such as Marie Claire, Instyle and Homes & Gardens. Mark joined Ebiquity in 2008, as Managing Partner of ePublisher, after completing his MBA.

Simon Cooke

Commercial Director Advertising Intelligence

Before joining Ebiquity in 2011, Simon spent over 20 years working for national newspapers. He started his career at The Guardian and joined The Independent in 1998. As Advertisement Director for The independent and Independent on Sunday he led the sales teams working across newspapers, magazines and online.

Martin Radford

Business Director, Sponsorship & Media

Martin started at Zenith Media as a graduate trainee in 1994. In 1999 he joined Billetts as the company's first Manager, working under the then CEO as the company growth accelerated. In recent years he has devoted some of his time seeking new applications for the company's data, opening up new revenue streams aside from the standard media effectiveness products in event sponsorship monitoring and valuation, media property valuation and is now involved with the developing market in Product Placement.

Andy Smith

Business Director, Media

Before joining Ebiquity, Andy spent 15 years working at media agencies, most notably at ZenithOptimedia in various senior positions within the TV department.

Ian Anders

Business Director, Media

Before joining the company in 2006, Ian spent 20 years at media agencies. He started at Carat, moved to MPG, and then joined MEC where he stayed for 12 years rising to Broadcast Director. The majority of his media agency career has been spent on the trading side and he was closely involved in the early phases of Group M's development before turning from poacher to gamekeeper and joining Ebiquity.

Erol Emirali

Business Director, Media

Erol has over 20 years experience in Media starting at Saatchi & Saatchi London in 1987. He has worked for Zenith and Initiative Media in a range of developed and developing markets transferring his skills and building best practice Agencies as Managing Director of Initiative Kiev and then MPG Ukraine. Erol joined Ebiquity in 2011.

Donna Malone

Business Director, Media

Donna has over 20 years media experience. Starting at Brunning Advertising, she moved to MBS media and then Zenith Media where she spent ten years and reached Director level before joining Billetts in 2002. Donna has a broad experience of media consultancy, campaign evaluation and agency relationship management.

Cheryl Williams

Business Director, Media

Following a stint as marketing manager of a hotel in Dubai, Cheryl returned to the UK and worked at Media Audits / Accenture for 15 years, becoming Client Services Director and Head of Analysis. She joined Billetts in 2007 as a Business Director.

Andrew Wolstencroft

Business Director, Media

Prior to joining Billetts in 2001, Andrew had a long and successful career on the media agency side. He joined the Bates Dorland media department in 1987, a department contained Steve King (now CEO Zenith Optimedia Worldwide), Tom George (now CEO Mediaedge CIA UK), and Steve Booth (now CEO Arena BLM). After Bates, Andrew joined Zenith Media (now ZenithOptimedia), rising to become Group Head before joining Booth Lockett Makin as Head of TV in 1997.

Nick Pugh

Business Director, Effectiveness

Nick joined the company in 2003 and has extensive experience in marketing effectiveness. His client portfolio includes major brands across the Finance and FMCG sectors. Before joining, his academic career included a PhD in the area of non-linear optimisation and its application to real-life problems. He also holds an MSc in Operational Research and a BSc (Hons) degree in Management Science and Mathematics.

Zeman Bhunnoo

Business Director, Effectiveness

Zee holds masters degrees in both Economics and Statistics. Since joining Billetts in 2005, Zee has excelled at developing innovative methodologies to solve complex problems, and advising customers on how to improve their marketing and business performance. Zee's areas of expertise are: FMCG/CPG, Retail, Charity consulting, and PR evaluation.

Ian Fermor

Ian has been at the forefront of developing marketing effectiveness analytics with Billetts for more than 13 years. Prior to that Ian worked in the drinks and retail sectors. Qualifications include an MSc in Operational Research and a BSc (Hons) degree in Applied Physics.

Martin Wheeler

Martin spent 12 years working in the consumer packaged goods sector. His roles covered a broad spectrum of commercial responsibilities including Sales, Marketing and Category Management. During his 5 years at the company he has worked with many suppliers helping them to develop promotional effectiveness through insight based strategy and better accountability.

Jonathan Chapman

Head of IT & Data Security

Jonathan has operated at IT director level for over 10 years covering both software and infrastructure development and operations in companies ranging from Omnicom Advertising businesses, T-Systems to Johnson & Johnson and Hachette Filipacchi. He has a strong background in IT project management and IT Operations.

Phil Bevan

Head of HR

Phil joined Ebiquity in 2010 as Global Head of Human Resources. He has over 15 years experience of implementing strategies to improve organisational performance and develop people in a range of corporate settings, most recently as European HR Director of Celerant Consulting Holdings Ltd. He has extensive international business know-how, having worked on assignment in North America, Asia and Europe for companies including Ahlstrom, Aker Kvaerner, Equinox, IBM Global Services, ICI, and various UK government departments. He gained an MSc in Human Resources Management from the University of Surrey in 2008.

Richard Hemming

Head of Marketing

Richard has over 15 years media, marketing and insight experience. He started in media research at BSkyB before moving to magazines at IPC Media. He was Head of Advertising Marketing at Emap's advertising division in a role spanning, radio, print and digital marketing as well as consumer insight. He joined Ebiquity in 2008.
